Revenue Sync Labs is a revenue recovery firm in the United States. We specialize in supplement and wellness brands, and the same patterns show up in other consumer businesses we work with. We read a brand's own order history to find revenue it has already earned and is losing, and we build the systems that recover it. When you fill in a form, buy the Revenue Map, book a call, download a resource or contact us, we may collect:
If you buy the Revenue Map or the Best Customer Blueprint, you send us an export of your order history. Section 3 explains how that file is handled and what it does not contain.
When you visit our website we may automatically collect basic technical information including your IP address, browser type, pages visited and time spent on the site. This is standard information collected by most websites and is used only to improve site performance and understand how visitors use our content.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, such as health or financial information about an individual. If you share such data voluntarily, it will be treated with strict confidentiality and deleted if it is not required.
Before you upload anything, you replace your customer names with ID numbers. You keep the list that matches each number to a name and we never receive it. Your results come back to you using the same numbers.
This means the file you send us contains order dates, amounts, products and ID numbers, and does not contain the names of your customers. We do not ask for them and we do not want them.
Uploaded files are held only as long as we need them to produce and support your results, and are deleted on request at any time. If we work together after that, how your data is handled is agreed with you before the work starts.
