You already have the data. What you do not have is the week it would take to go through it.
Somewhere in your order history are the customers who used to buy from you and stopped, the ones who bought once and never returned, and the ones who have never been offered your second best product.
None of that shows up in an export. We find them and tell you who they are.
Your data
You never send us a single customer name.
Before you upload anything, you replace your customer names with ID numbers. Customer 1042871 instead of a clinic name. We never see who they are, and you never hand over anything proprietary.
How that works
- You export the last 24 months of your order history from your accounting system, and nothing older. Older data slows the upload and does not change what we find
- You put your orders into one file, swap the names for ID numbers and remove contact details. It takes about forty-five minutes, and short videos take you through it
- You upload the file. If it will not upload, email us rather than spending an afternoon on it
- Your report comes back using those same ID numbers, so you can match them to real customers and nobody else can
You do not need to know how to do any of this. Short video tutorials walk you through every step, whether you have done it before or never opened an export in your life.
Not sure your system can produce what we need? Email us or start a chat before you buy. We have pulled these files out of most systems and we will tell you straight away whether yours will work.
What you get
Your Revenue Map
Three findings, including three lists you can act on this week.
1The accounts that stopped ordering. Your top twelve.
Ranked by what they are worth to you. Each one shows:
- How often they normally order
- How long it has been since their last order
- Their average order
- What they are worth a year
| Customer ID | Normally orders every | Days since last order | Worth a year |
| 1042871 | 34 days | 218 | $41,200 |
| 1038204 | 45 days | 196 | $33,700 |
How we determine an account is dormant
- We determine how often each account normally orders. Each account gets its own calculation.
- An account counts as dormant only once it passes its own threshold.
- An account needs three or more orders for this to work. For accounts with fewer than three, we use a fixed rule instead: dormant at 180 days, going dormant between 60 and 180 days.
- One dormant rule across all customers is not effective. A fixed rule flags a monthly buyer far too late and misses a quarterly one entirely.
What you receive
- Twelve accounts, with what each one is worth a year
- A total count of every account past its dormant threshold
- What that whole group is worth a year
2The customers who bought once and never came back.
Ranked by what they spent on that first order.
- Twelve customers
- What each one spent
- The date they ordered
- A total count, and what those first orders were worth
It looks like this
Customer 1063482 ordered $2,840 in February and has not ordered since. There are 176 customers like this in your file, worth $97,980 in first orders.
3The accounts buying one of your strongest products and not the other.
Accounts carrying two products are usually worth several times an account carrying one. What you probably cannot see is how many of yours are purchasing one.
Here is what you receive.
- Your two strongest products, named
- How your accounts split across them
- What an account carrying both is worth, against one carrying either
- The accounts carrying one and not the other
It looks like this
89 accounts buy both Gut Restore and Immune, and they are worth $17,200 a year each. 190 accounts buy one and not the other, and they are worth around $6,000. That is roughly $11,000 a year of difference, per account.
You get every account, not a sample. The Map shows you the twelve largest in each finding. The spreadsheet that comes with it names every single one, with their figures, so you can work the list or load it into your CRM.
We tell you what we left out and why. Every account we could not verify is counted and disclosed. No number on your Map is built on a guess.
One thing an order file cannot show. Accounts you approved that never placed a first order have no rows in your order history, so there is nothing for us to find. If you think you have those sitting there, The Four Leaks Guide walks you through counting them yourself against your account list.
The call
Sixty minutes with both of us.
Traci and Gail. Not a handoff, not a rep.
You book the call once your questionnaire and file are received. The earliest slot is seven days out, which is the time we need to build your Map properly.
The Map shows you what your data says. The call is where we decide what to do about it.
- We take you through each finding and what is behind it
- We listen. You fill in what the data cannot tell us
- We discuss the patterns underneath the numbers
- We build the strategy and the action plan for winning those accounts back
- We show you what we would do next, and how we would do it
We find it or you do not pay for it
If we do not identify at least $4,990 in recoverable or at-risk revenue, we refund the $499 and you keep the Map and the recommendations.
We guarantee finding it. We do not promise you will collect it. That part is work, and it is yours to decide whether to do.
The boundary
So you know what you are buying.
The Map tells you which customers should be spending more with you, and which have stopped altogether.
It does not tell you:
- Who your best customers are
- What they have in common
- Which accounts are about to go dormant
- Where to find more like them
- That is the Best Customer Blueprint, which is separate work
Different question, different piece of work. We can talk about it on the call.
