Revenue Sync Labs is an AI implementation firm operating in the United States. We provide AI Gap Analysis, custom AI agent builds, workflow automation, team training, and related services to businesses. Our contact email is [email protected].
2. Services
AI Gap Analysis
The AI Gap Analysis is a standalone diagnostic service priced at $997. Upon purchase you will receive a questionnaire. We will deliver your AI Opportunity Roadmap within 5 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire responses. The service includes a private 30-minute debrief call scheduled at your convenience.
Money Back Guarantee
If we do not deliver your complete AI Opportunity Roadmap within 5 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire AND identify at least $5,000 in recoverable revenue opportunities, we will issue a full refund of $997 upon request. Refund requests must be submitted within 10 business days of report delivery. This guarantee is unconditional and requires no explanation.
Additional Services
Custom agent builds, workflow automation, team training, and monthly retainer services are separate engagements. Scope, deliverables, and pricing for these services are agreed upon in a separate written agreement prior to commencement of work.
Retainer Services
Monthly retainer engagements are month to month with no minimum commitment. Either party may cancel with written notice. All work product and AI systems built during a retainer engagement remain the property of the client regardless of cancellation.
3. Intellectual Property and Ownership
All AI agents, workflows, automations, and systems built by Revenue Sync Labs for a client are the sole property of that client upon full payment. Revenue Sync Labs retains no ownership interest in any deliverable built for a client. Clients may use, modify, transfer, or discontinue any system built by Revenue Sync Labs without restriction.
The Revenue Sync Labs website, brand, methodology, and proprietary frameworks remain the intellectual property of Revenue Sync Labs and may not be reproduced without written permission.
4. Client Responsibilities
To receive the full benefit of our services, clients are responsible for:
- Completing questionnaires and providing requested information accurately and in a timely manner
- Making relevant team members available for the debrief call
- Providing access to the tools and systems necessary to complete agreed-upon builds
- Reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines. The 5-day guarantee clock begins upon receipt of completed questionnaire responses.
5. Confidentiality
Revenue Sync Labs treats all client business information as confidential. We do not share, publish, or disclose client operational details, financials, or proprietary information to third parties. We may reference client engagements in general terms for marketing purposes only with explicit written permission from the client.
Clients agree to treat Revenue Sync Labs methodology, frameworks, and proprietary approaches as confidential and not to reproduce or share them with competitors or third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability
Revenue Sync Labs provides implementation and advisory services. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or financial results beyond the terms of the AI Gap Analysis guarantee described above. Business results depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, team execution, and client decisions.
Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
7. Payment Terms
The AI Gap Analysis fee of $997 is due in full at time of purchase. Work does not begin until payment is received. For custom build and retainer engagements, payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement.
All fees are in US dollars. We accept major credit cards and ACH bank transfer.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
The AI Gap Analysis is refundable under the terms of the money back guarantee described in Section 2. Outside of that guarantee, the AI Gap Analysis fee is non-refundable once the questionnaire has been completed and work has begun.
Monthly retainer engagements may be cancelled at any time with written notice. You will not be charged for the following month after cancellation notice is received. Work already completed and paid for is yours to keep.
9. Website Use
You may use our website for its intended purpose of learning about our services and engaging with us. You may not use our website to scrape content, conduct competitive intelligence, or reproduce our materials without permission. We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone who misuses the site.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
